The service by JH Chew FraudLabsPro Customer Success Team is horrible I cant speak on the app because JH Chew didn't provide much help at all the way i was responded to it appears JH Chew didn't know what app I had installed assuming it was there Fraud app when it was the SMS verification app. The app might be good but the service from JH Chew at FraudLabsPro Customer Success Team isn't so ill never know if the app works or if its a good app due to the rocky relationship from JH Chew so good luck to anyone who gets the app hopefully they will have a better customer experience.
