There's a glitch in it. All pages are auto-reloading. Didn't get a reply from support
Since your original message in our support chat (before your review was posted), we have made many attempts to reach you. We’ve sent multiple emails to both addresses listed on your account from different support inboxes, but unfortunately we have not received any reply. We also attempted to contact you through your shop’s support chat and email. Those channels appear to be fully automated using AI, and we were unable to reach a human representative. Our intention is to understand exactly what you’re experiencing so we can investigate properly. At this time, we’re not seeing similar behavior on our test shops, and we haven’t received reports of this issue from other shop owners. It does all I want it to, and the customer service and tech support have been great. When I had an issue, I reached out and within 12 hours the issue was fixed, and I was given a clear explanation as to why it went wrong in the first place. Top notch!
