I have been with clickship for some time now. Customer service has been on a rapid decline. For the fees paid you would think when an item is needing to be intercepted that it would not take several phone calls, several hours of pleading for help and being transferred here there and everywhere only to be notified 36 hours too late that your package "was at a holding facility" when really a fraudulent customer had managed to pick it up. If you are going to be this late in communications with your less than desirable efforts, there is no point keeping your inadequate services.
