Amazing app and staff! You have a problem? THEY ARE ON IT! But I'll tell you right now, there are not very many problems. We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually called me to introduce herself. Any problems, I can call her directly. Amazing service!! The shipping is so easy too. Everything is seamless with our Shopify store. The integrations is so good. As soon as I print the label, our Shopify store marks it as fulfilled. There are a few bugs with the cancellation of a label sometimes. A pop-up says it's not working and to contact tech but once I do, they take care of it right away. They save us an average of about $5 on each shipment. Some are $10 difference!!
