We couldn’t be happier with the Frengee app and the team behind it. They are consistently professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive—always ready to help when needed. Everything they do is both personally and professionally tailored to our business. Their systems and overall management have elevated us in every way. They truly understand the bike business—and more importantly, they know how to make your business better. What really sets Frengee apart is how they approach the relationship. They operate much more like a true partner than a vendor, taking the time to understand our goals and support our growth. Their depth of experience shows in every interaction, and it gives us confidence that we’re in great hands. At this point, we can’t imagine running our business in the future without Frengee. Frengee has completely transformed our business. We made the switch from Workstand to Shopify, and the difference has been night and day. In our very first month after launching with Frengee, we sold more bikes than we had in the previous five years combined on our old platform. That alone says everything. What really stood out, though, was the level of support. The Frengee team truly held our hand through the entire process—from concept to launch—and built our website from the ground up exactly how we envisioned it. Nothing felt cookie-cutter. Everything feels intentional, clean, and tailored to our brand. The integrations with our POS system and vendors have been seamless, which has made day-to-day operations smoother than ever. It’s not just a better-looking site—it’s a better functioning business. On top of that, we’re also part of Frengee’s marketing program—and that’s been a game changer.
