They have a way to verify your store for free. Abbie helped me to get that done. She also sent me links to other services to help my store appear better and a different way for email marketing. She seemed very friendly and their product works very well with no coding. I highly recommend for anyone using Shopify to use their product. It is free so that is always great too.
