We've been using this app for at least 10 years and it certainly solves a lot of problems because it links our accounting system directly to Shopify so as soon as I purchase is made the invoice appears in the Accounts definitely we would recommend it. We've never come across anything that works quite so well in fact I don't think there are many alternatives.

Update: I have raised the review. They responded promptly and issued a refund as a gesture of good will. I still recommend that CTO totally rebuild their user interface, document how the app works, and make life easier for their customers. I can't believe how awful my experience with this app has been! When I tried to get it set up back in February, I followed the directions I was given in each step. I was told to pay one way, and then had to go back and reset my payment for the app so that it would come through Shopify. The user interface is one of the most difficult and confusing that I have ever tried to use -- both in the app and on the website. Then, when I wanted to cancel my account, I was told by someone at the company that they couldn't find my account, but they assured me that if I uninstalled the app, I wouldn't be billed anymore. Three or four days later, a bill came through, and now I have to try to figure out how to get the billing stopped (the Shopify help center didn't) and get a refund. What a pain, what a mess, and what a horrible experience. The only thing this app has going for it is that the people who are working on it are nice.
