Just WOW! Emailed on a weekend, right after Christmas, not expecting a reply for a few days, but got a very fast response! And both Camilla and Jose gave really clear guidance. Amazing service! The app itself is excellent, a huge help to us in managing perishable goods - and it more than pays for itself by helping us sell through short-dated products that would otherwise go to waste. It also helps us with legal compliance records for regulated animal medicines. We've actually had a couple of suppliers comment that nobody is as diligent as we are with batch numbers and expiry dates - I'm taking that as a compliment, and it's down to Freshly. Our customers know exactly what they're getting too, as it allows us to show expiry dates on product pages, delivery notes and confirmation emails. A brilliant app with outstanding support!
