Beware if you can’t afford to give a referral bonus of at least 30% of the order value. This app will not work for you! The least you can work with is a one year contract. So, be very careful and remember that you cannot cancel in between. The support is non existent after the initial installation. Friendbuy team made false promises in terms of the ROAS expected and got us into a 6 month contract (we had negotiated hard for a 6 month contract). We had asked for an early cancellation given that we are a small business, but they didn’t agree. They might meet their sales targets this way, but hurting small businesses this way is not good for them in the long run. The only reason for an extra star is because their software is pretty decent in its functionality, but certainly overpriced.

Friendbuy referrals has been a great service for our site. It was easy to install & the customer service has always been top notch. The system works seamlessly for us with little upkeep on our end. There are a lot of options to customize and channels to gain revenue & referrals. We've only scratched the surface so far on all the options available but we plan on utilizing them in the upcoming marketing plans to continue our net new user acquisition growth along with rewarding our best customers.
