Plenty of integrations available and the best CSMs I've ever worked with. They're very hands-on, knowledgeable, and communicative. We worked with our CSM to completely overhaul our referral program and have seen a 72% increase in revenue driven by referrals. It's been an easy win for driving more repeat purchases and acquiring stronger customers for far less than typical digital acquisition channels.
