Friendbuy: Referrals & Loyalty

FriendBuy is an incredibly robust platform with top-notch customer support. We've been using them for both loyalty and referral for over 2 years now with great success. The fraud-detection is invaluable in helping us prevent people trying to game the system, and customers love how easy it is to earn points and redeem them.

We installed and evaluated the Friendbuy: Referrals & Loyalty app as part of our testing. The app is free to install, which initially makes it appealing. However, the pricing model is not very suitable for smaller or locally focused businesses like ours, as charges apply later based on referral performance. While the app appears to offer a solid set of features, the cost structure makes it less practical for stores operating on tighter budgets or looking for predictable pricing. Due to this, we decided not to continue with the app and instead looked for alternatives that are more cost-effective for our scale.

Friendbuy makes referral easy! Our CSM is very helpful and works closely with our team to provide suggestions on strategy, analytics, as well as design for our landing pages and emails. The platform is user friendly and easy to use.

Friendbuy's onboarding was extremely seamless! Their dedicated CSM and dev team does all the heavy lifting and responds quickly to any questions we had. We have loved partnering with Friendbuy and their continuous support has been exceptional
