CedCommerce Fruugo Integration

I have now changed my review as there have been no problems for quite some time and the customer support seems to have got a lot better Initially we thought this app was ok and gave it 5 stars having used it for a few weeks now we are very dissappointed We had 2 orders with inventory errors which suggests they are not uploading in real time as they say they are when confronted about this they said it had been resolved but a week later the same problem. They told me that it wasnt their error but they were speaking to Fruugo about it, They clearly had not spoken to Fruugo at all and just said that they would make sure it never happened again. This type of support is not satisfactory. If i replied to my customers like this I would have been closed down a long time ago I have now spoke to Fruugo and they have cinfirmed that Cedcommerce did not speak to them at all about this problem and that the problem was Ced commerce NOT Fruugo . I have asked to speak to a manager but Ced commerce are not replying to me

So far excellent app to sell on Fruugo marketplace and even better support. The only downside from our short experience is the lack of managing different tax rates for different products categories/classes. The app is ready if you sell products with same tax rate only, but for sellers with different products taxes is not yet 100% functional. You need to spend time to download csv, rectify products tax rates and upload it. For sellers with many products and always having new collections it can be very time consuming, and is not that what we need from a software. They are looking at it and hopefully there will be an improvement in this. Other than that, is 5 stars, as I am rating it. Easy to understand, to set-up, and to start sell on Fruugo. Like many other reviews here, is true, support is awesome, they are available like 24/7, I doubt they sleep!

It is all in one app and provides you with every functionality that helps you in selling your products on Fruugo Marketplace and managing products and orders Smoothly. It will allow you to upload your Shopify listing and manage unlimited orders. The syncing works well and the app is quite easy to use. There are multiple features that are really helpful in making all your work automated and effortless. Product upload, price management, Order shipment etc everything that we Fruugo seller needs. Support is super quick and they are available 24*7. CedCommerce team helped me through the process right from the beginning to Uploading, i am really impressed with her professional skills. I will recommend this integration to every seller. If you do not have this integration get it now. Thank you, app developers!

We used this app to create Fruugo feeds and it was perfect and easy to use. The support really helped a lot! With easy Product Management offered by the app, we will definately be using it for a long time. The App category mapping and Import/ Export section functionality was awesome. Hassle free integration and an amazing support team!!! Awesome

Customer support has been excellent Shivalika, Karshit and many of them very helpful and very clever in resolving any issues five stars. For .90 cents a day you cant ask for a lot, I’m using this apps to integrate products from my Shopify Store to Fruugo. It has great functionalities and integrates everything from Images, Product Title & Descriptions. All I need to do was just create a profile and then publish. I’m very satisfied. I am using their Etsy and Bonanza app and looking at Magenative mobile app looks good. British Heritage brands

Support is great and needed. Without them it would have been difficult to get things up and running. App works very well, has many great features, like a super fast product import/ update button, which imports the products from your shopify store to the Fruugo database. It takes about 2 seconds to import any updates I made in my shop. So, very happy with that. Other features are important and useful as well, like product categorization by product type. The dashboard with the status graphs are really nice. I would recommend this app for any retailer who wants to expand his market reach to other countries.

Very helpful support. Integration appears to have worked well. Have only been using for a week or so so far so difficult to report on prolonged use or sales but the customer service is excellent.

Aman Singh helped me sync the APP with my shopify store. He walked me through the entire process and helped us go live. We are new to this marketplace but as of now the APP is Syncing in well with our store. Hopefully we will have success on this marketplace.
