For any new company considering sending shipments with them - DON'T! Their website does not work properly, they do not resolve issues on time, they do not get back on call or emails. When they do, they assure an update that never comes. I have to explain them the issue multiple times over multiple calls again and again and they never solve it! They will take your money and give you false promises and but never solve your issue. You are much better off with shiprocket.

They are big time frauds, they'll hold your cod remittance for weeks and even redirect your COD RETURNS to their warehouse. When you tell them that the returns are showing delivered but we haven't received it, they'll just say delivered show kr rha hai. Even though vo inn logo ne apne paas mangwaliye hai. When you'll tell them to return it, they'll again come up with excuses and end up sending diaper in your return. After all this mess up, they have the audacity to shout at customer for asking the solution (which is being delayed by them) You'll get frustrated mentally while dealing with them. IF YOU THINK THIS IS JUST ANOTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW, YOU CAN REACH ME OUT ON MY INSTAGRAM @WEARCRAFTIKA. I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS

Fship order panel is super easy to use, and the customer team is friendly and resolves queries efficiently. I am Using Fship since last 6 month, amazing experience. Ashish is very supportive, provide quick solutions. Helping hand for my small business, Thank you Ashish for helping us out.
