I had excellent relationship and service with Harsh who is our RM with FShip. Like all other service providers, FShip also has its issues as they are dependant on courier agencies who are not perfect. But Harsh makes a big difference. He takes initiative anD steps to ensure problems are solved. Very happy with the service
