Fuego ‑ Mobile App Builder

I was really excited to try Fuego.io’s mobile app builder, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After installing their app from Shopify, I found out you can't even use it without booking a meeting first. So, I booked a meeting, looking forward to getting started, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I tried to give them another chance by reaching out via email to reschedule. Days passed, then weeks, and I still haven’t heard back from them. It's been really disappointing to be left hanging without any communication. Their lack of support and responsiveness is truly frustrating. If this is how they handle potential customers, I can only imagine how unreliable their service would be once you’re actually using it. I’m left with no choice but to leave this negative review. If you’re thinking about using Fuego.io, think twice. My experience has been a series of cancellations and silence, and I can’t recommend their service based on this. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option.

After years with Tapcart, switching to Fuego.io was a massive upgrade. Fuego.io works much faster, offers way more features, and provides excellent support. Their team is professional, communicates clearly, and pays close attention to detail. Fuego.io delivered an outstanding, user-friendly app on time, truly understanding the client's needs. Highly recommended for top-quality mobile app builder and great support.

We were with Tapcart for 2+ years, mainly because they were the only player in town for creating apps at that time. We recently switched over to Fuego (took a week to switch everything over) and they did for us what Tapcart either never did, or promised a year from now (and probably would never do.) The difference between the two is NIGHT AND DAY. Fuego moves fast, has 20x the capabilities that Tapcart has, and has increased our app revenue by 3x already. I highly, highly, highly recommend checking them out.

After contemplating and searching for many mobile app builders, I stumbled upon Fuego Mobile App Builder. I installed the app after checking the overall reviews and stunning designs, and the decision was excellent. I was able to build my app in just two days, and developer Rafi helped me solve any issues whenever required. Additionally, my store review and video apps were integrated by the developer, resulting in an excellent final outcome. My app was published within a day, and the process was seamless. I highly recommend this app for stores that are looking for stunning designs, flexibility, and great support.

Fuego is really great mobile app builder, renowned for its user-friendly interface, cost-effectiveness, and significant impact on our sales performance. I recommend it to everyone UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to change my review again. I really dislike the support team, which is very slow. I contacted them 10 days ago about a bug in my app. Their support team told me that they submit a new build to stores, but so far it hasn't happened, not to mention that support sometimes doesn't reply even after 24 hours. I already wrote a negative review once and the support immediately contacted me and they very nice and friendly after that negative review, so I changed the review back to a positive one, but unfortunately it doesn't work like this. As for the app builder, it's great and very intuitive, but if I had to choose again, I don't know if I would choose Fuego again because of such poor support, unfortunately. PS: I will not change the rating back to positive until I see some improvements. I hope my lower rating motivates you to improve more.

I have been using this app for almost 3-4 months now. I am impressed with the developers; this app design tool is very robust and focuses on minute details. Everything is customizable, and minute details are paid attention. Even while I was on my free plan, Rubab, their customer service representative, was excellent; he is literally available for you anytime! I was very impressed with their service, especially when I was on a free plan. Yesterday, I pushed to their paid plan and pushed my apps to the store; unbelievably, my app came to the Play Store within 1.5 hours of my submission. Before finalizing Fuego, I had tried many other builders. However, it all sucked and had a lousy interface. Fuego stands out. Go ahead, everyone, and take this developer as your business partner.

Fuego app builder is very customer friendly and I have got a free design support from their team which is one of the great things at this time. Very much satisfied with the service provided and their team is very responsive on bug fixes where they fixed our app's payment section issue in 6 hours.
