We are a pet retail supply with 19 locations and use Fulfil as our ERP. The integration with Shopify and Shopify POS is seamless, and orders import instantly. We offer same-day delivery and have reduced delivery costs by 15%. We have also seen a 12% decrease in miles per delivery and cost per delivery with Fulfil. Fulfil’s warehouse management system has helped make pick times 50% faster. Fulfil is at the bleeding edge of the market and regularly releases new AI tools like MCP to be able to integrate Fulfil and Claude for custom reporting.

Running 50+ drops per year through Shopify, we needed an ERP that could handle our unique challenges at Complex - from 4-week quick-strike products to managing pre-orders across multiple 3PLs. Fulfil has been that solution since 2021. The Shopify integration is rock-solid - we've scaled from 2-3 sales channels to 25 without any issues. The real game-changer is how Fulfil handles inventory availability and prevents oversells during our high-traffic drops. We can control order flow, implement split shipments, and maintain accurate inventory levels even when processing thousands of orders in a single day. If you're doing drops, pre-orders, or any form of complex fulfillment through Shopify, Fulfil gives you the control and flexibility you need without the typical enterprise ERP complexity. It just works.

Fulfil has been huge for One Sol. We’ve grown a lot in the last couple years and keeping Amazon stocked was always one of our biggest challenges. Fulfil has the ability to run very detailed sales reports, factoring in Amazon sales. Now we have way more visibility into inventory and purchasing, so we’re able to reorder on time and avoid those “oh no, we’re running out” moments, which were happening a little too frequently! The forecasting and reporting tools have been especially helpful as the brand keeps scaling. On top of that, Fulfil makes it easy to manage Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop orders in one place. Honestly, I don’t think we’d be able to keep up with the level of growth we've experienced without all of the features Fulfil has to offer us.

5/5 Stars! Fulfil has been a lifesaver for us! We sell on multiple channels and used to constantly worry about overselling or not knowing exactly where our inventory stood. Now, our inventory is synced automatically across Shopify, Amazon, etc., and we don’t have to second-guess it our constantly run to the warehouse to double check. Fulfil has given us the confidence to grow our brand and expand into new channels without the headaches we used to deal with on a daily basis, while giving us the same level of control and organization you’d expect from a much larger company.

We’ve been using Fulfil for about 4 years now and it’s made a massive difference for our business and our employees. Before, we were handling a ton of tasks manually using just Shopify and a basic shipping app, which worked for a time but wasn’t realistic as we grew. With Fulfil, so much of that busy work is automated—order routing, inventory syncing, reporting—so we can actually focus on building the business instead of upholding a bunch of manual, inefficient processes. Removing the majority of these manual processes has given us the opportunity to focus on other aspects of the business, allowing us to grow in ways we simply wouldn’t have been able to without a solution like Fulfil in place. I personally compared a handful of different EMS softwares, and Fulfil stood out as the clear winner, with a combination of features that fit exactly what we needed. Fulfil feels like a full operating system for the business, not just another plug-in. We can manage multiple brands, track sales of bundles and their inputs (this is HUGE! None of the basic shipping apps allowed us to do this at the time), ship orders, and pull very detailed reporting all in one place. If you’re outgrowing the basics, this is the kind of system you’ll want in place!
