Fulfil has increased our Pick and Pack Operation for all key metrics by 5x. The Interfaces and UI are Intuitive with associates having a short learning curve with increased productivity. Their Customer Service is top notch, with fast effective resolutions, and if there is not a solution currently available one is quickly developed and implemented. Customer Feedback and pain points is welcomed and actioned with new features rolled out often. We noticed a night and day difference since implementing with fulfil in all aspects of the business from Accounting/Finance to Fulfillment.

We've been using Fulfil.IO for over 3 years now to manage every aspect of our business. We use Fulfil as our central business operations system. From purchasing to inventory and order management, we have been using their system for over 5 years. The platform is cloud based and ever growing in functionality and options. We spent over 1 year evaluating various options for systems that specialized in ecommerce businesses and Fulfil was the only one that could meet our requirements and allow for the needed customization our business required. We use Fulfil to integrate with Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Walmart and Etsy and for the most part, it works extremely well. In over 12 years in business in the Ecommerce industry, teaming up with Fulfil was one of our best decisions.

FulFil.IO is much more than an app to use on Shopify. It is a fully comprehensive ERP that has enabled our team to pick, pack, and ship our customers' orders quickly and efficiently. We use FulFil.IO to run all our operations from sales orders through the production cycle to fulfillment to the balance sheet. Bad from the start— we paid for professional services to ensure a smooth transition, but were trained on incorrect workflows. When things didn’t work because of this, they blamed us for doing it wrong repeatedly before helping us solve the problem. We couldn’t trust the data that came out— both because it was set up wrong in the first place, and second because the data would fluctuate without reason. Unit costs for certain SKUs would change multiple times a day, even when there were no changes in inventory (no orders for this SKU, no returns for this SKU, no received POs). Once, we had to halt operations because fulfil.io pushed hundreds of years old, canceled orders into fulfillment, meaning we had to go in our WMS, find them all, and manually cancel them. The UI was needlessly complicated. Go with something else.

We migrated from our own custom built system to Fulfil in 2017. We now rely on this ERP to manage all of our operational needs from multiple channels. The majority of our sales include customized parts that step through a unique production and fulfillment process and Fulfil has been able to meet our needs. They are also committed to improving their product and truly care about their customers' success.
