FulfillRelay

FulfillRelay is a Shopify App that helps merchants route paid orders to trusted suppliers and coordinate tracking, returns, and payables. It allows merchants to connect with suppliers they already work with, map variants to supplier SKUs and costs, route paid order lines, collect acceptance and tracking, handle exceptions, and coordinate return responsibility without giving suppliers staff access to the retailer store. Merchants can prepare supplier payment batches as Draft Orders in the supplier's Shopify store, maintaining control over fulfillment and financial decisions.
