I run a business that works with Locad's warehousing and fulfillment service in Singapore. They outsource their warehousing needs to a local vendor, and hence have no control over their quality of work. Parcels getting lost, parcels not being packed properly resulting in broken products, tech errors resulting in parcels not being sent out - these are common recurring problems that Locad gives me daily. It has eroded customer trust in us, while we are paying expensive fees to Locad for services that are not fulfilled. It's been 10 months and they have done nothing to fix the problems.
