3EX.NET has simplified our business. We manage three platforms (Amazon, eBay and Shopify) using this superb software. We now have complete control, wherever we are on the planet to manage our business. The ongoing support offered by the developers, Exact Abacus has been immense with a dedicated account manager who is very responsive and supportive, providing ongoing training where necessary. Our stock is also fulfilled by the developers, Exact Abacus and so the software enables us to work in partnership simply and effectively, always having a live view of what is happening in the warehouse. It enables us to make changes to orders that have come in right up until the moment they are dispatched. We can check stock levels remotely, have constant updates of dispatched orders and confirmation emails are sent out to customers ensuring piece of mind for all parties. In summary, if you are looking for a powerful piece of software that will help to simplify the management your business then this is the software you are looking for.

3EXNET is a software solution that is a perfect fit for my business allowing seamless integration with my Shopify store and other channels, raising purchase orders, booking in stock, syncing inventory, dispatching product as well a comprehensive reporting suite. As well as the software I also utilise the warehousing, customer service and fulfilment services that Exact Abacus offer. I run my business as remotely as possible and could not achieve this without them. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and the other services they offer.

3EXNET is the perfect solution for our business. It is efficient, fast, clever. It makes our job really easy to handle the operations and keep track of our inventory. Everything you need from a system is in 3EXNET, we can control our stock, make our deliveries on time, our systems are fully integrated with no problems. Superb customer service, seamless integration and an excellent all round order fulfillment experience. Business is better than ever since using the 3EX.NET software and with this integration into Shopify my life as an ecommerce business owner is a lot easier!

3EX.Net is an incredibly clever piece of software which we've been using with our Shopify store for the past 12 months or so. The best feature for us has been the way that the warehouse inventory seamlessly integrates with our inventory in Shopify. This has resulted in a time saving and has reduced the error rate. Reporting is a breeze too and came in very handy when we wanted to better understand the VAT collected on delivery charges. We highly recommend this software for your business!

We have been using 3EXNET for many years, first with our own custom website and then integrating 3EXNET when we moved over to a Shopify Store. We could not operate our business as efficiently without this software and without any doubt 3EXNET cuts down the amount of staff we need to employ in our Operations Team, but most importantly streamlines everything and makes the team ultra efficient. Our orders automatically import into 3EXNET from Shopify and are automatically processed into what we like to think of different filing trays for the Operations Team. Back Order if there is a stock issue, Pre Picking if the stock is not in a picking location, Held for Credit if the order needs to be checked for potential fraud. Any orders that are good to go, automatically go straight through to 'picking' for the warehouse to print off and despatch. If the picker finds an error they can process the order into 'picking discrepancy' where Customer Care will be alerted and solve the issue. Picking bins have a configuration which means that orders are 'slot picked' so that 12 orders are picked at one time in just a few minutes. Products are scanned at the picking stage to confirm the right items are being despatched and so our error rates are practically '0'. These are just the tip of the iceberg, the benefits are too numerous to list in this review. But if you are processing any kind of volume of orders then I can't recommend this software enough.

Having had a chance to get to know this piece of software, I'm amazed by what it can do. I started using it so that I could download my orders from Shopify and quickly print them out which, once I'd managed to get my products set up, it did really well. The Product setup seemed complicated at first but the support guys were great and showed me a place in the system where I could quickly create these from those already listed on Shopify, which made the whole process really easy. I soon realised I could use the system to list and manage my products on Amazon and eBay as well, which was such a timesaver. I've not had a single oversell since I started using it. I sell out of a product on Shopify and Amazon / eBay are updated almost instantly, it's massively reduced the number of complaints I was receiving. The system brings in all the orders, I press a button and it prints them off. I've also, linked it up with Royal Mail so that my dispatch notes include a RM Label. This was a bit more complicated but again, the Support guys were really friendly and helpful and got it all going in no time. I've just started using the Forecasting system for raising Purchase Orders and I'm amazed. I guess it uses recent sales history to figure out what I'm going to be selling. There's a place for me to enter lead times etc and the system does the rest. It used to take me almost a full day each week to do my purchasing, now it takes 5 minutes and is far, far more accurate. I can't say enough about this platform. Sure there are a few weird things happen now and again, but the support is great and very responsive. The software is controlling almost all of my sales and purchasing activities and I've found myself with more time to focus on expanding my range and marketing activities. 5* all the way!!
