Doesn't seem to work
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Our app is designed to work out of the box and will work automatically in most stores. However, in some particular scenarios, we might need to take a look at the integration. We have tested the app and from our end it seems to be working as expected when accessing your storefront both from desktop and mobile devices. Still, please know that we have a 24/7 support team ready to help in case this occurs. We have tried to reach you twice, hoping to give you a hand with the integration, but we haven't heard from you. :( Please consider replying to our emails or contacting us directly so we can sort this out. Cool Full Page Zoom is working great on our store AmericanDrudge.com. I had a snafu in the beginning but Valeria M., and her team helped me out quickly and got the problem solved. Now the full page zoom is working beautifully on our site. If you want people to see small details that otherwise is hard to see on your page without a zoom feature, I highly suggest this app! The zoom is fantastic! Thank you Valeria M and your team for getting the app running smoothly on our site AmericanDrudge.com! :o)

Clean and easy to install and does what it says. PNG cursor is a little grainy and more cursor options / ability to upload your own PNG cursors would be good. Pinch to zoom/scroll on mobile once clicked would be a great feature as well.

Used this app to enhance zoom on mobile devices so my products could be displayed at a better quality to my customers. Didn't work at first but support was super helpful and essentially configured the entire app for me. Works wonders now.

I installed this app to get a better zoom function and it was so much better for my customers. I also had a temporary problem that was not related to this app but from other codes that shouldn't be in my store and Cesar at the support fixed the problem super quickly so I am very happy.

Sara, Ramon and César were enormously helpful. My visitors weren't liking the Magnifying Zoom app so they Incubate offered it and it works a treat. If you know a car enthusiast tell them to try it out on our website! Thanks again, Simon

I really like how well this app serves our needs for our artwork website. We tried others, but this has worked the best. Plus, when modifications were needed to improve the use of their product for our website visitors, they made changes within 24 hours. Very impressed with the Customer Service and performance of the app. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with only the first product photo being zoomable with this app, I contacted the support and they fixed it within 15 minutes. I am very satisfied so far as I'm still getting ready to launch my store, but I can say customer service is top notch....

Great app! I've ried several zoom apps but this app was by far the most customer friendly one. Very easy to use. Another importand poin was that it should be mobile friendly and don't collide with the theme. Other apps I've tried didn't match both criterieas. This app does it like a charm.

I like this app. It's easy to setup and it's easy to use. It's a good feature on my onk=line store. The issue I have is not of the app, it's with my own photos. The zoom in feature works so good, you can see the not so good quality in my images.
