Outstanding support and a fantastic app! Reymar is kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. When I reached out to customer support, he resolved my request in under 10 minutes, which is unbelievably fast. The app itself offers great flexibility for customizing your shop. I highly recommend this app and their other tools as well!!
While the app does have certain limitations, their top-notch support more than makes up for it. App developers go above and beyond to provide alternative solutions for custom functions. Since the deprecation of Shopify Scripts, this app has been extremely useful with building out custom rules for our Plus store. Highly recommend!
The capabilities of this app are absolutely incredible, the issue I had was so niche and specific, yet this app's solutions are so extensive that it was implemented and fixed perfectly. I have no idea/never heard of other similar apps, so this was an awesome find, but in addition to this, whether or not this is the only app that supports this functionality, I WOULD CHOOSE THIS APP OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN SOLELY FOR THE SUPPORT TEAM. The support team was absolutely incredible, a support member stayed helping me for hours and hours on end assisting to get the functionality installed and working exactly how it needed to be. Genuinely, brilliant support team, the best support ever.
