This company is great! I have years of successful crowdfunding experience doing it off site on Indiegogo. We wanted to bring this capability in-house to our own store. Fundpop team worked with us closely to even add features and make adjustments to make our campaign a massive success. Fully endorse this product! Looking forward to our next campaign!

I'm still not sure if the issue was a bug or user error, but the app was capturing payments when it wasn’t supposed to. I was told it might be related to regions or markets, but honestly, the behavior felt random. Unfortunately, I had to pay credit card fees when the campaign ended without being fully funded. On the positive side, I love the widget’s aesthetic—it’s definitely a plus—and the customer service was very helpful. I see potential in this app and would recommend reaching out to support to help set it up before you start collecting orders.

Easy to use and a very reactive team to address any issue encoutered. Moreover, a lof of features has been added recently after discussing with them.

A very poor experience; customer service takes a long time to respond. Clearly, someone made a purchase, but the amount actually decreased. Super strange.

In your case, we responded within just a few hours, well under our policy. Concerning the campaign progress decrease you observed, this is actually expected behavior. When orders are cancelled, the progress bar automatically readjusts to reflect the true campaign status. This ensures accurate tracking for both merchants and backers.
