This company is great! I have years of successful crowdfunding experience doing it off site on Indiegogo. We wanted to bring this capability in-house to our own store. Fundpop team worked with us closely to even add features and make adjustments to make our campaign a massive success. Fully endorse this product! Looking forward to our next campaign!

I'm still not sure if the issue was a bug or user error, but the app was capturing payments when it wasn’t supposed to. I was told it might be related to regions or markets, but honestly, the behavior felt random. Unfortunately, I had to pay credit card fees when the campaign ended without being fully funded. On the positive side, I love the widget’s aesthetic—it’s definitely a plus—and the customer service was very helpful. I see potential in this app and would recommend reaching out to support to help set it up before you start collecting orders.

Easy to use and a very reactive team to address any issue encoutered. Moreover, a lof of features has been added recently after discussing with them.

A very poor experience; customer service takes a long time to respond. Clearly, someone made a purchase, but the amount actually decreased. Super strange.

In your case, we responded within just a few hours, well under our policy. Concerning the campaign progress decrease you observed, this is actually expected behavior. When orders are cancelled, the progress bar automatically readjusts to reflect the true campaign status. This ensures accurate tracking for both merchants and backers. In our response to you, we provided the specific order numbers that caused this adjustment and explained the process. We noticed we haven't heard back from you since our initial response. This is by far the most robust, flexible crowdfunding app I've found on the Shopify app store. It took us several months to launch our crowdfunding initiative and the Fundpop team was incredibly supportive throughout that process. My favorite part about the app is that it allows you to be flexible with your site design using widget modules. So many apps force you to use their campaign pages, but those tend to lack the customization we need.

so far so good. installed on my shop and it allows 2 free campaigns. simple and easy for customers to understand. Cust support was helpful with simple query i had. Would recommend.

I installed a couple different crowdfunding apps and this one was the best by far. The others had so many problems such as design issues, completely didn't work, or not fully built out for what we needed. This app is very simple and uses familiar Shopify UI so it feels like you never leave Shopify. So many useful features such as brand customization, campaign milestones, and the ability to set your campaign goals as number of orders or sales revenue. We needed a few more features built out and they immediately jumped on a call with us to discuss and took care of us.

This is a simple solution for Shopify crowdfunders. Implemented in a few steps and you can even use variants and additional products. Still to be improved: Campaign milestones don't work with pre-orders. Support is good and updates are rolling out soon.

Easily the best crowdfunding app on Shopify. It has the best functionality and it just looks the cleanest and most professional. Will be using Fundpop every time I crowdfund in the future!

Really appreciate the ease of use of this app, and the fact that you can just integrate it as a widget in a nice minimal way. Their customer service has also been A1, with helping me fix things that were based on my own (not so smart) ideas, haha. I'm looking forward to seeing more features be added, like being able to adjust your goal after you've started the campaign, but I hope it keeps the visual simplicity + ease of use, cause those are the biggest selling points for me!
