This is such an awesome concept and it would work perfectly if it allowed multiple quantities. But it doesn't. I had someone place an order for 2 of the same product and it came across to Shopify as only 1. And she had to write in and complain and I had to fix it and this cost us extra shipping and fulfillment expenses. Unfortunately, the listed support email never gets back to you.

It does what it needed to do from a single product order, but when it comes to subscription-based orders it doesn't recognize them and doesn't add them in as a product on the order. If this part was fixed I would give it a 5 star because it does everything I need outside of that. The support email doesn't work either though and the other email listed below never responded to me. I would love it if someone in customer service reached out and got back to me. I would gladly update my review if this could be resolved.

I love the idea of this software but it sends double quantities to shopify on multiple occasions. I've had this happen on multiple test orders and it is also sending the wrong quantities of real orders to Shopify. Also the support email [email protected] bounces back so you can't even ask for help. This app would save us so much time and money if I could trust it to send accurate order information to Shopify. Hopefully one day they will fix it.
