This app works as described, but it is very expensive. Also, it is impossible to cancel. If you simply unistall you will continue to be charged the $39/month. It is annoying when a tech company makes it technically difficult to stop using the service.
Hi, we have checked your account and you have uninstalled our app on the 25/11 and your billing cycle is on the 18th of each month so you were charged on the 18/11. As expected, your december statement (18/11 to 18/12) shows a charge for the fyrebox app and labels it as uninstalled. So we haven't charged a uninstalled app. Please note that your billing is handled by Shopify, not us, and they cancel a subscription as soon as you uninstall a third party app. We have sent you the screenshots to your separate support request

We are very happy with the app! It provides you a lot of options for customization to fit your branding. The customer support is extremely fast and helpful.

LOVE THIS APP....and the people at Fyrebox!! They are wonderfully helpful and responsive and as eager to make the games/quizzes work for your particular needs as any company I've ever worked with period. I highly recommend Fyrebox as a creative tool for any website! Their pricing structure is also extremely good and affordable. I like having different levels to choose from; this really helps when one is just getting started. But even with the lower levels, you still get amazing customer service and are made to feel you are their most important client :)

After trying out many different apps I found this one to be just the thing we needed in developing a product selection tool. Cyril was extremely responsive and replied to my emails within a day. He was able to make changes to the format/layout of the quiz and actually delivered the changes in only a day or two, within the free trial period. I very much appreciated the quick responses and willingness to help us improve our tool for the website. I would definitely recommend this app and look forward to future image/formatting features that may come down the pipeline. Thanks!
