Fantastic app and even better support. I’ve been using GA: Size Chart & Size Guide for a while now, and the team has helped me implement multiple custom size chart features exactly how I needed them. The app is advertised as free, but once I tried to activate it, I was asked to pay €6 per month. This feels misleading and not transparent. If there are costs, they should be clearly stated upfront.

The first 7 days are completely free, and during this trial period you can uninstall the app at any time without being charged. After the trial ends, Shopify automatically processes the payment according to the pricing plan you selected. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have any questions about your billing, please contact us — our support team will be happy to review your case and assist you.

Really easy to create charts and link products. Great customization options. We also like seeing how many people open the charts when shopping through our products. Fast customer service and resolve issues very quickly. I quickly mentioned an issue we had due to changing our website themed and they fixed it quickly. We love apps like this - making our life simple!
