We couldn't get the app to work right. Reached out multiple times to support because the balls on the games wouldn't show up on the widget for us. Last heard from them and as told 3 days ago this: Welcome! My name is Tom I hope you are doing well. I apologize that the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Please rest assured that your ticket is important for us. I will keep you updated promptly as soon as it is addressed. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best regards, Support Team Still nothing more from them. Not even an update in 3 days! Really disappointed as they have pretty good reviews but I sure didn't have luck. App didn't work and support was not helpful. My advise, businesses will not wait days for support to get your app working. Hours and maybe a day but not pushing a week to get something working. There are a million apps on Shopify so if you fail a business they will just move on to another app that actually works for them. Really bummed wanted to use this app but can't pay for something that doesn't work and they don't support. Uninstalling it and will move on to another app that work and has support.
