Ruggi review for Galantis: WhatsApp Marketing

Galantis turned WhatsApp into a real sales channel for us. We use the chat widget, cart recovery flows and campaigns, and everything stays in sync with Shopify, so there's no need to export CSVs to target segments. The shared inbox is a big plus: our team sees the customer's cart and order history while replying, which saves a lot of time. Setup was straightforward and the app has been stable since day one.
