Galllabox is really a good platform with multiple features from marketing messages to bots. It's really good app. I liked the platform, it is helping my business with customer support and managing chats in a better way as well as whatsapp marketing

stay away from gallbox for shopify integration, absolutely no support after you make the payment. Also they are not upto the mark for shopify stores and lack several basic features. No second abandoned cart recovery. Also no trial is offered. Also the support is horrible we need to book a slot, and in first session of 30 minutes a lasted for 15 minutes and i was asked to end the session. Also i have paid 7965 for 3 months and whatsapp messages started working on 23-3-2023 only. over 15days lost. ALSO NOTE THEY OFFER RS.2000 AMAZON GIFT VOUCHER for a review on shopify store. This is a very bad practice to gain reviews.
