One of our customers why his earned points expire after he lost them on November 1st? Sent an email to support@coretava.com and no response, why is there no live chat option in the app? Very disappointed.

The support team have been excellent. The team helped (or should i say set-up) the app to get it going until we organised a meeting where we could discuss all the features and how the app can be customised to the store. I would definitely recommend this app for a loyalty points based offering

Maravillosa atención. Me gusta que siempre que tengo algún duda o problema, el staff nos ayuda a resolverlo rápidamente. La app es amigable y cumple el propósito de generar una interacción más profunda con los clientes.

This is the only app that has a membership system and point redemption at the same time. I hope it can continue to improve and get better and better. The service staff is very professional if they can reply and solve my problem at any time, I will love this app more
