Great way to keep track of tagged content across Instagram. The integration with Klaviyo and Shopify is as close to seamless and perfect as you can get! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that sometimes though content is visible and available from creators, the download button just doesn't work. I can only imagine the sheer volume of video and photo data it is processing on a near constant basis that may cause this - but it's been a great addition to our UGC handbook.
Wow thank you for that great shoutout about our Klaviyo and Shopify integrations, that means a lot! So happy to hear how well they are working out for you. Regarding the download button, it's intentionally disabled for Stories due to Instagram policies, but you can download your UGC from Feed posts, Carousels, and Reels anytime as all that content and their performance metrics are stored indefinitely for you in Gatsby. We're thrilled to hear how we're adding to your UGC handbook!

We recently found this app and think it is genius in its approach to helping brands manage IG interactions, brand ambassadors, keeping up with IG posts, and nurturing influencers. The app is unique and stands out because they have thought of and integrated so many solutions for merchants looking to harness their own social media opportunities. It streamlines what is otherwise cumbersome to do manually. Love their integrations with top email platforms. Brett, the founder and developer of the app, has offered us great customer service, for which we are very thankful and has gone out of his way to help us get up and running on the app. Highly recommend not only for the app itself and all it offers, but, because of their great, responsive, personal customer service.

We've had an excellent experience with Gatsby thus far! We're excited about expanding our network of influencers and ambassadors while streamlining our processes. The application itself is fantastic, and the level of customer service matches that excellence. Brett has been exceptional, guiding us throughout the onboarding and setup stages. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend Gatsby!

Sign up for their onboarding session. Super helpful. Jared was so willing to help us get started and fix any issues we were dealing with + provided valuable tips based on the size/stage of our business. We can’t wait to start utilizing Gatsby and grow our ambassador program. Highly recommend to any business looking to grow their social media marketing!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! The entire Gatsby team is incredible. I had the opportunity to with with Jared for onboarding and setup and was blown away by how knowledgable and efficient he was. We were able to get all of our integrations set up on one call. I am consistently impressed with the tech and how deep their integrations go — and it is amazing to see what is on their road map for future development. Absolutely go with Gatsby if you are looking for elevating your influencer/ambassador program!!!

Brett and Jared have been absolutely amazing. Their onboarding process has a nice human touch, and they are always available to support and answer questions. I am excited to get the app fully set up and running, as I am currently redesigning the emails... stay tuned for updates!

Gatsby is great! They are so helpful through the onboarding process and respond promptly to all of our questions via email. The program takes only a little bit of time to set up but is user-friendly, well-integrated, and a much better fit for our customer base compared to other affiliate programs. Highly recommend!

Jared has been super helpful offering me a true onboarding experience. On top of that, we love Gatsby and it has really helped us up our game with UGC throughout social platforms and marketing efforts. Brett also was super helpful as we vetted out platforms and we are very happy we chose Gatsby over Loud Crowd. We are excited to continue growing our business revenue with Gatsby.

Gatsby went above and beyond to help our storefront expand our social media outreach processes. We implemented the system in less than a couple days with the support of the Gatsby team. Using Rise.ai + Gatsby we are able to reward social media engagers with in-store credit to incentivize content creation and repeat purchases. The keyword triggered automatic responses on instagram have also opened up a world of being also to manage our social inbox when we receive hundreds of DMs everyday. Thank you Gatsby team!

10/10! Our experience with Gatsby has been incredible and already exceeded our expectations. JARED is truly AMAZING! We just had our onboarding session with him, and he is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable at all the platforms we were using. They want your brand to succeed, and they will set you up for success. Gatsby offers so much more than it looks at first glance! We switched over from another more expensive influencer software and love the automation of this software. Jared is our account manager, he acts like one of our in house team. He's taken the time to make sure we utilize the platform to its full extent by meeting different members of the team who's department could benefit from features within the software.

We are so excited to be using Gatsby! This is a no-frills app where you don't need to pay for extra services or features you barely use. Jared has been phenomenal in the onboarding process. He goes above and beyond to provide assistance and tips on best practices. If you are starting from scratch he will help you set up an ambassador program from the ground up. We definitely appreciate Jared's efforts to align with our company's goals and strive to meet or exceed them. We look forward to what we can achieve together!

I can't say enough good things. Customer Support + onboarding is unparalleled. The platform itself is so ahead of it's time and is really helping a small brand like my own leverage organic mentions and foster meaningful relationships with my customers. Integration process was seamless. This is a MUST for CPG brands.

This app is simply amazing! Brett and Jared spent time with me setting up the system and made everything super easy from the start. With Gatsby, I'm able to see who's posting about my brand and offer rewards points and free gifts for their promotion. It's absolutely awesome! Thanks for creating a great app!
