We initially signed up to Gatsby to automate outreach for our micro influencers but have since used it to assist with scaling out and managing our influencer database at large. Brett and the Gatsby team have been incredible to work with, always willing to jump on calls with us and actively building out features that we request at record speed. For example, after mentioning to Brett that we were using the customer service Helpdesk 'Gorgias' to reply to emails and DMs, the Gatsby team went ahead and built out a Gorgias integration for us. We are now working with Gatsby to improve this integration so that we can prioritise and/or customise automated replies to Influencers through this service. We would highly recommend Gatsby to any e-com brands looking to either grow their influencer outreach or manage high volumes of influencer collaboration requests.

Awesome app!! On boarding is amazing! Any question you got they have the answer and will hold your hand through the entire process if needed.

Love this app, it's a great addition even if you already have an influencer program this can help you build it out even more. Not to mention their customer service is top notch!

Gatsby is TRULY awesome - it's helping us get more engagement with creators and more direct sales from our partnerships with them. Great team -- can't recommend enough :). Jared has specifically been very helpful for the past year+ we've been using Gatsby!

This is one of the best customer service teams I've ever worked with—they're practically a marketing agency when it comes to lead gen and capturing influencers. We're stacking Gatsby on everything from our site to emails to SMS and even our inserts included in the packaging.

Awesome app and integration with our Shopify Store! The team is very responsive and does a fantastic job helping you get everything set up! We were getting inundated with influencer partnerships, this is where Gatsby came to save the day! The app allows us to fully automate our Ambassador Program and help us identify influencer opportunities at scale. Looking forward to working with the Gatsby team to optimizing our Ambassador Program. Overall great service, would highly recommend to any Shopify store utilising social media!

I had some issues with getting a Klaviyo form up on my site in addition to some other questions- I reached out to the team and they jumped right on it - helped me get everything setup. I couldn't be happier with the service so far. Excited to see the results!

Currently loving that the team creates an outline and process that we can pick-up and individualize. Nice to have one lest thing on the to-do list knowing that Gatsby is running outreach and follow-up for potential influencers

A one of a kind app that allows social influencer management and flows to incentivize social media mentioning. The customer service and onboarding team for gatsby was amazing. They spent over 2 hours to make sure all of our questions were answered. We recommend this app to any company that is using influencers

Integrates very well with Shopify/Klayvio. Core part of social marketing effort. High touch help from team on any issues. Great overall and continuing to get even better.

Super useful platform - AMAZING way to keep our customers engaged and organically sharing on social! The dashboard is great too - simple way to track the posts and analyze our customers behavior. Brett & the team at Gatsby have been extremely responsive and helpful with helping us get the platform set up, and answering any questions we have. Excited to grow our Instagram list!
