Unfortunately we're the same as Garden Warehouse. Great service up until this week but now no answer on website messaging, phone lines are dead and no reply to our tickets. It does appear as though something is pretty wrong on their side. A real shame as they've been excellent to date!

Warning: Avoid at the moment We’ve had a good trading experience with Geko Products over the past year. However, a recent £700 order has not been dispatched, and no tracking information has been provided. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful—their phone lines were cut off, and there was no response via their ticket system or email. The phone lines have since reopened but now routed to a 'remote' receptionist who claims to have no information and no way to contact the company. As a result, we have been unable to get an update on our order or request a refund. Due to this, we’ve had to raise a dispute with the bank over recent orders. There appear to be significant issues at Geko Products.

I've been using Geko for years, I love their products, their prices and customer service is fantastic. 5 Stars from me.

Not sure what the other person is on about. Customer support has always been online. They have always been helpful and polite. I AM ABLE TO SET MY OWN CHEAPER PRICES.

I subscribed and they have a very expensive product. poor customer service and still charged for getting unsubscribed from their service. absolutely a joke company. avoid at all costs!!
Hi, you informed us that you wanted to cancel your subscription after the trial period had ended and you were charged the subscription fee. We were only then able to cancel your new subscription and send a refund to your account. It is a shame that you left this review especially after we rectified the situation once we had been notified.
