As one of the very first merchants to integrate this app into our site, I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier with the results. After trialling multiple AI search apps - many of which required complex setups, disconnected customer experiences, and charged exorbitant monthly fees for AI generated search (on top of their "smart search" plans) - I was thrilled to have discovered Parallel Search. The app delivers real-time, AI-generated search results from our catalogue of over 1,200 products, all at a price point that’s actually accessible for small businesses like ours. Setup was a simple, and a huge thanks goes to Josh, who guided us every step of the way to ensure a seamless integration as we launched our new theme. The search results display is fully customisable via the app block, with additional flexibility through CSS so we could fine-tune every detail for a smooth, on-brand customer experience. Since launching the app just a few weeks ago, we’ve already seen a significant increase in search clicks, add-to-carts, and conversions. The Parallel Search team has been incredibly receptive to feedback, responding quickly and even implementing suggestions in record time. We’re genuinely excited to keep using the app and can’t wait to explore the innovative new features they continue to roll out.
