I run a small beauty store and don't have time to manually check every product page, so this app has been a real help. The automatic audit runs on its own and the optimize step handles most of the fixes without me touching anything. Installation took under 10 minutes and there was no disruption to my live store. Gentoo Growth Agent has been the best thing that we have installed on Shopify yet. We have see major growth on the front and back end. The Gentoo team is always quick with responses. The Chat bought not only helps customers, but also fixes issues that it finds on the back end by learning customer behavior and fixing choke points. I would highly recommend Gentoo with anyone that has an E-Commerce website.
Ever since we installed Gentoo AI into our Shopify Store, we've seen an increase in our conversation. Customers are using Gentoo as the new search bar and I love that you can train Gentoo to upsell your products. The integration is seamless and allows you to make simple yet effective customization to the design. (we renamed our AI to Pengu-dono cuz why not). I also love seeing the conversations between customers and the AI as it provides us with a huge amount of insight to what customers are looking for.
