It works for me to redirect people to their correct regional sites. I had some technical issues setting up (my error) and customer support fixed it.
doesn't work. Installed code above in liquid code theme section - still doesn't work. I tried to reconfigure redirect twice, no luck.
Please allow us the opportunity to check and give you support to make sure it is working fine on your store. We have many users and it works fine on all stores. Sometimes it is just a matter of checking that your browser is not caching old information from the web when testing. Whatever it is we will fix the issue for you. The app appears to be working effectively to redirect traffic to our Canada (diyanu.ca) and US (diyanu.com) stores based on the shopper's location. Had an issue with the initial setup and the team jumped in right away to troubleshoot and get things set up properly. I would recommend this app!
