While it works well with the Impulse theme, I tried to install with the Retina Theme (out of the sandbox) and the top position or top (fixed) entirely destroyed the Retina menu (and made it all white). Needs some more work but happy to see Shopify working on it
Hi Cambio & Co. We appreciate the feedback. We will explore a solution to make the top bar work better with the Retina theme. Until then, you can use the popup option in the app which would not conflict with your theme header. - Geolocation team

New Review --- Shopify responded to my review the same day I posted it with the changes I required to use this on my store. Now I've been able to remove a currency converter app that automatically converted the prices. Will monitor the store conversion rate to see if this makes any difference... thanks Shopify. Just need to be able to customise the copy and typography now and maybe add an image for the pop ups ;p --- Original Review --- I'm giving this half stars right now, only because I cannot select my brand's colours by hex. At a minimum, I would have expected the app to use the colours already in use on the theme to save some time. I also need the ability to customise the typography and the copy. Other than that, I think the problem this app will solve is great. No need to pay for any currency convertors!
Hey So Health Co. Thanks for your feedback. We have shipped an update to the app which will now let you select colors using hex code. The app also automatically picks up colors from your theme for most themes. We will keep your feedback on being able to customize the typography and copy in mind as we further develop this app. - Geolocation team

The function is very good, but the layout is bad, it should allow more customization field and the top bar presentation is too bulky.

I love the function but we need to be able to style it to match our shops. The bar is massive. It takes up way to much real estate but more importantly, it looks bad to have so much empty space. And it's impossible to match the shops colours using that quite imprecise colour picker. I have it set to sort of match which is cringy. And, my shop buttons have rounded edges so the sharp edges of the locale bar button doesn't match as well. Please make the styling public or give me a hint as to where it is. If I can get the bar to fit my shop I will happily leave 5 stars.

The customer doesn't have the option to change there currency once a selection has been made. There should be a permanent selector on the homepage at least.

Big thank you to the Shopify developers for adding this functionality. Selling in multiple currencies is much more fluid with the customer getting prompted for currency (and language) rather than digging it out from the menu (on mobile). Next I need to translate my store to a few languages and I’m very motivated to do that now. Thanks again
