its not working at all for my website sadly i have checked and it doesnt work which is anoying as we wantto go international

The app is not working as expected, i tried switch locations to test whether it changes/translates the text or but for some strange reason it doesn't and it seems to be using the same currency for different regions. At the end I uninstalled the app but the locations stills show up after uninstalling the app. what should i do to have it removed
Unfortunately because you are not using Shopify Payments, you can only sell in one currency - this is why your currencies are not changing. The app also does not automatically translate your content for you. For this you should use something like Translate and Adapt: https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt The selectors you current have are not coming from the Geolocation app, but another app you have installed called "BUCKS currency converter Pro++"

The application does not work correctly. It does not change the language according to the country in which the user is located. Also, it does not change the language of the store, always the default language works. UPD: That's not what I'm talking about. My site is already translated into the right languages with the application you are talking about. The Geolocation app is supposed to detect geolocation and switch the store to the language according to the settings. But it doesn't.
Sorry for any confusion. This app does not translate your store into different languages. For that you should look at using Translate and Adapt: https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt

I have uninstalled the app because it wasn't working as expected and ask them through Shopify Support to remove any remaining code on my store but they keep ignoring my messages. Thank you for removing every snippet code on my store.

It keeps on malfunctioning- and not working! the window isnt appearing to anyone and the prices keep fluctuating between markets which is a MASSIVE problem

It shows in the example but doesn't appear when I preview site. I tried searching up but nothing comes up
Hi there, if you are based in the same country/region as your store's default, then no recommendation will appear. e.g. if your store is shop.com based in the United States, when a visitor from the US lands on your store they won't get a pop up, since they are already browsing the US site. Only customers in different countries/regions will see the pop up. You can preview it within the app itself.

We are in the ecomeerce business for over 15 years! this app is not a good example of a great app but the oppostite. 1. the app simply does not translate all products - some are trinaslated - some are not. We did run the automatic process 10 times. 2. there is no filter in the backend to filter for empty translations - hey we are in 2023 not in 1989 3. The functions are simple too simple and some really important ones are missing. We can not recommend this all at all.

Shopify support - please guide me I will change the rating from 1 to 5. Ive setup "Dynamic Pricing" from Shopify Markets as per country. So, The "Selector" in the footer should Auto Detect the shopper's country and change pricing right? BUT It does not do that. Please resolve this. Im not asking to change the Currency - for that I have another app. I'm just asking to change Pricing as per Country by Auto IP Detection. Please help Any update/help please? - Still awaiting

It is very frustrating for users. The X button should not trigger the "Continue" action. When they click on the X it is because they don't want to change their language, however, the component triggers the language change, and the whole page refreshes, which is annoying for users that live abroad.

The app was working well at my store now all currencies for all countries at USD I don't know why!! i need help please
To sell in multiple currencies you need to be using Shopify Payments. Sorry for any inconvenience.

No efficient support. Lost the language options at the bottom of the pages. The pop-up disappeared also at some point eventhough I had done no changes. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the app and the so-called "support".

No support from shopify , My store slowed and flagged by google . From the day the slowness was observed there were 2 apps installed 1 which is this geolocation app and another from different developer . I am in touch with developer for other app and they are troubleshooting their end . However shopify has provided no support to rule out geolocation app is not also affecting our speed score so it looks like it is better to download apps from other developers in Shopify as at least they will troubleshoot their own app.

Pointless app since i can't use Shopify Payments in my country, make sure that people KNOW that you can't use Geolocation because my country is not supported by Shopify Payments

As far as I can see, this app does nothing. When you go to the list to select the country you want the currency to be displayed in...the option for ALL the countries is USD. I changed to another country and the text does not change to their language in the preview either. Doesn't make any sense to me... not sure what it is supposed to do
Hi there, this is because you have not set up your Markets to sell in local currencies. You can do this by going to Settings --> Markets --> International, and turning on local currencies under "Products and Pricing."

The app was installed automatically while I was looking at the market section on Shopify. The app lacks everything, is not smooth to adapt, and doesn't work every time. This needs a lot of improvement even to be released to merchants. The idea is great but the application is bad. The ideal scenario is to make something smooth without pop-ups and everything so it redirects each customer to their own country/currency if we select that to happen. Update- The thing related to what you have shared is that the app doesn't really direct people to their own country-language-currency. It works some times and some times doesn't. Recommendations: 1. Have a video that showcases how to set up-make it work. The guide Shopify offer is not very clear. We don't know if languages will be translated automatically, same for currencies. 2. If not, should we translate every word for each language? Every time? 3. The app doesn't match or sync with the theme's aesthetics. For example, our theme uses a currency selector, the app just adds another one instead of syncing them together. The idea scenario is to have an app that we just can customize, and just translates everything in terms of currency, and languages to each country and works 100% of the time so we can be sure it's working properly. I don't believe the popup at the beginning is a good idea, either this is to be shown at the footer or be done automatically.

Application doesn't work, Shopify doesn't care, I just asked them to help me because the geolocation is not working proprelty and except being nice and full of fluff, they couldn't help great.

First why the popup works only "sometimes" ? And why the language selector is on the footer ? Finally, this app is useless. The only solution to get an multi-language boutique is to pay an app (and it's about 29$ / month).
