Absolutely no customer service. Reached out 20 times over a two week span and nothing, outside of the first message to get paid. They wanted extra money to do the things that the app promotes on their sales page, but what you get with it is basically nothing, unless you pay to code it or buy their regular app at 20 times the price. DO NOT recommend. Waste of time and better apps out there.

We can take up the custom configurations without any additional charges. There were multiple feature requests over chat for which the support representative had indicated that there would be additional charges.
