I've just installed this app however the customer service received so far has been superb. Hopefully it continues.

Waste of money and time no customer service at all. Now I am trying to unsubscribe but there is no option on their app to do that.
Hi Team, You had some queries yesterday which were immediately addressed over chat. We recognise there were some issues, and we have already triggered a refund to your account on Feb 16th. Also as per our chat conversation, we indicated that the only way to unsubscribe from the app is to uninstall it. We are sorry to see you go. Customer support is spectacular. Especially Bhavya. So far, I am enjoying the app. Looking forward to getting more reviews and sales for my store.
