Hi, we're sorry the app didn't meet your expectations. As discussed in our support conversation, the product you shared didn't have any variants (product options). Our app is designed specifically for products with variants, so it cannot work on products without them. We also asked what functionality you were trying to achieve on products without variants so we could better understand your requirement, but we didn't receive an answer. Regarding your comment about "fake reviews," we respect Shopify's review guidelines and fully support Shopify's review moderation process. If Shopify determines that any review violates its policies, we support its removal. If the app doesn't meet your needs, you're welcome to uninstall it at any time. Easy to use. exactly what i need for my website.
Great App and support. The app didn't support my theme but they added it within hours and everything works perfect now. Highly recommend.
