Disappointing. Has potential, but the core features failed to function as advertised. The main selling point, the Image Search (Pro Plan), consistently failed to pull up the correct product, rendering the feature useless for our customers. The standard Search Option did not integrate with our theme whatsoever, preventing us from even testing it. The Upload Button is poorly designed, appearing as a confusing, randomly floating icon (a tiny plus sign and image icon) with no customization options to make it visually coherent or user-friendly for site visitors. We upgraded to Pro specifically for image search, but the overall experience was too buggy and unintuitive. Unfortunately, this app is not for us.

Really appreciate how simple and effective this search feature is to use. It makes finding products so much faster and smoother, which greatly improves their shopping experience. I love how effortlessly it integrates Ai visual search capabilities with my store and how accurate the results are. It’s definitely a feature every store owner should have — I highly recommend it!
