Was not able to make the CSV upload work. I tried using the limited instructions given and failed multiple times. Finally gave up and got another app that did work without a problem.

Really impressed with the new features! Everything works smoothly, and the team has done a great job making the process easy and efficient. Their customer support is also excellent - responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Have been throughly impressed with the support received in rectifying issues we ran into the app. They quickly came up with solutions to enhance the app to better suit our needs and it has been great. Does exactly what we need it to do.

As someone who works on a store with over 100k customers, this app is awesome and the developers are super helpful! We had a scenario where we had to issue a bunch of gift cards due to the sunsetting of a program (the data of which we got as a CSV) and there was no easy way to do so from my research other than this app. The app is great - it allows you to input custom amounts and a message which still remaining in the Shopify transactional notification ecosystem so people who are not opted-in to email will receive the message which is important when issuing gift cards for a make-good.
