Was not able to make the CSV upload work. I tried using the limited instructions given and failed multiple times. Finally gave up and got another app that did work without a problem.

I looked into your case and found the CSV upload was failing due to a formatting issue. I did reach out directly to help resolve it, but it sounds like we missed connecting before you moved on. That's on us for not making the process smoother from the start. If you ever decide to give us another shot, I'd be happy to personally walk you through it. Either way, really appreciate you letting us know where we fell short. Edit: To avoid any issues moving forward, we built out and launched a feature that parses the CSV file moving forward, auto-corrects the data, or makes suggestions to correct. Really impressed with the new features! Everything works smoothly, and the team has done a great job making the process easy and efficient. Their customer support is also excellent - responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Have been throughly impressed with the support received in rectifying issues we ran into the app. They quickly came up with solutions to enhance the app to better suit our needs and it has been great. Does exactly what we need it to do.
