Anton was SO helpful and responsive! I was having issues creating gift card codes and he jumped in to help and fixed my problem asap. 10/10 recommend!

Was not able to make the CSV upload work. I tried using the limited instructions given and failed multiple times. Finally gave up and got another app that did work without a problem.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I completely understand the frustration when something doesn't work out of the box—that's not the experience we want for anyone. I looked into your case and found the CSV upload was failing due to a formatting issue. I did reach out directly to help resolve it, but it sounds like we missed connecting before you moved on. That's on us for not making the process smoother from the start. If you ever decide to give us another shot, I'd be happy to personally walk you through it. Either way, really appreciate you letting us know where we fell short. Edit: To avoid any issues moving forward, we built out and launched a feature that parses the CSV file moving forward, auto-corrects the data, or makes suggestions to correct.
