Sehr zuverlässige App, die seit der Einführung reibungslos bei uns läuft. Anfangs hatten wir ein paar kleinere Herausforderungen, die vom Support jedoch schnell, unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich gelöst wurden. Klare Empfehlung.
The app does what it should and the customer support is top notch. (We ran into a small issue during testing after our initial install but the support team was able to fix the glitch overnight. Everything is running smoothly as it should now and we appreciate the fast customer support!)
Unfortunately, the app keeps missing gift cards which we end up sending manually after receiving an email from the upset customer. I emailed support, and we are waiting for a response. Happy to change my rating when this gets resolved. UPDATE** the developer was happy to offer a custom solution. We haven't tested it yet but hopefully, we will not be missing any gift card orders again!
