We've used gift reggie for years! Our experience has continually been wonderful. If there is an issue, they are always there to assist. The value in this app is unreal if you offer gift registry in your store.

I had more than one complicated question and a few new requests for our registry app, and (Jason Larose) was truly one of the most responsive customer service people I’ve ever worked with!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and quick to respond every single time. While my requests aren’t available just yet, he clearly communicated that these features are being added to their wishlist—which I really appreciate. Every response was prompt, clear, and easy to follow, making the whole process feel seamless. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—highly recommend! Thank you for always being so patient!

For someone who doesn't know apps, Jason goes above and beyond setting you up for success. I needed to make a Wishlist and had so many questions and every single time he gets back to me super fast, and is very clear with directions so you can't mess up. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Thank you so much for making this process easy! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you for always being patient!
