We needed a simple app that would attractively add a gift wrap option to our store. We installed and then uninstalled this app b/c it didn't appear to be as customizable as I suspected. I sent a note to their CS team just to be sure, b/c I really liked the look of their features, and within moments got an email back explaining that they would customize to my specifications. We had an incredibly efficient email dialog and ultimately, the app works exactly as requested. Brilliant CS, great and easy app, best out there for gift wrap by far!

This app is AWESOME. It did exactly what I needed to do with gift wrapping, ie) Putting a gift wrapping option with custom note on the product page. It's easy to use and the tech support is amazing. Soner was the developer that helped me with changes and issues. He worked so quickly and efficiently to get what needed to be done. Keep up the great work!

Pretty good support to get it running if you have any problems. Works for what I need it to do, would recommend it.

Legit gift wrap app. It does exactly what we need and at minimal cost. Their support is quick, responsive, and all over it. If you are thinking of a gift wrap app, try this one first.

Perfect for what we needed as out previous gift wrap functionality didn't allow customers to choose which products they specifically needed wrapping. This one does, It took 5 mins to install. I had a small issue with how it was appearing on the site, which was fixed by the support team in under an hour. Would recommend.

This is a great tool if want to offer gift wrapping services. Especially if you aren't sure about the volume of this service. Very good support also.

Love this app! Soner provided knowledgeable service and speedy support in helping to customize our gift wrap style options. Their support response is immediate and very helpful. We are also using the Turbo shopify theme and have had very few problems with the app functioning as it should. Support was able to quickly address the one problem we did have and it's working great.

OK Here it is... I first gave only a 1 star review last year....BUT.... I really like what this app could do for our store. At first it sill wasn't working with theme, Turbo and on Apple IOS Iphone. I sent a email for help and to give them a second chance. Seriously, these guys worked for three weeks to figure out what what wrong and they did. They got the app working perfectly. Hats off to them and their dedication to customer service, ensuring a good product. Thank you

These guys are great. I have been using fownone year or so! Super valuable app. Just upgraded for the holiday season! I had one small issue and the team fixed it within hours! If you own an Ecommerce retail product store. THIS IS A MUST BUY!

I had a special request customizing my gift options I offer in my store and the staff at Gift Wrap Plus wrote a unique code for my store at no charge within 24 hours. This is what I call excellent service.

Great app and even better support! I had a couple issues related to using the app with my particular theme, and Soner fixed them almost immediately! The app does exactly what I need it to do!

It's a very simple app, but I had a smaller problem creating the price. I got frustrated wrote to support, and actually deleted the app. Support returns to me within 5 mins. Thats very pro, and fair pricing for upgrades as well so 5 stars!
