Hi there, Nathan here, the product manager of EG. I am disappointed to read your review, this is not what we aim to deliver with EG. I can see you raised a support request, which was replied to and we sent a store access request to debug the cause of the problem. But perhaps our email replies were lost because we did not hear back from you. I want to make this right, I want to find out what went wrong and what we can do to make it right.
