Taransh was extremely helpful when I had questions about the functionality of the app. We've found it's great with BOGO sales to remove the element of coupon codes and the pop-up box functions smoothly for customers to select their free product.

Easy Gift Auto Add to Cart has worked really well and enabled us to achieve what we had hoped. The level of support from the developer was out of this world; Taransh answered all my questions and offered to help numerous times as I got setup. He responded to emails often within minutes of me sending them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for this App and for the support Taransh has offered us. My only gripe is not with the app but with the Shopify API which does not allow gifts to be added to a cart automatically unless a discount is also applied. We had wanted to add the gift products automatically with no discount, and then have the customer apply a 100% discount using a special one-time coupon code. This is because in our use case the gifts are actually prizes the person has won outside of the store - a coupon code gives us security and knowledge the gifts can only be redeemed once. There are various workarounds to this and we are still extremely pleased with this app, it's only the Shopify API limitation that is frustrating.
