This app has caused us many many issues. Their glitches often result in not adding a gift or not removing the gift when customers remove products. Caused us having to manually edit lots of orders, wasted lots of our support team time, and the worst part is when we reached out to them, their support is cold and not caring at all, never tried to help resolve their own issues, only blamed us by saying that it's our own theme code that doesn't work and caused conflicts with this app. After changing to another app, all those problems were solved, then we realised that it's this app that doesn't work.

I am disappointed to read about your experience with the app. I have checked through our support records and understand why you feel this way. We have made major improvements to our support flow and added more resources to our support and development teams as we realised it needed improvement. We’d be more than happy to assist in looking into the issue you have faced and look into a possible solution for this hiccup with EG if you’d like to use the app again. Simple and straightforwards - does exactly what I need it to do for a last minute promotion. Promotion hasn't launched yet, but so far so good out the box!

These guys are amazing. This app is super easy to set-up and customer service is top in their class. Wanted a little customization done to make it look cleaner with our offer and bam... they where on it and had it perfect the first time. Highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed...and It works perfectly

Nathan & Stephanie have been beyond useful! I struggled with some limitations due to a custom engraving app we are using on our website, and they went out of their way to test this with me, suggesting solutions, and helping me put them in place so that eventually, I solved my problem. I can now run a gift with purchase promotion again and I'm super greatful for the amazing customer support. Highly recommended!

We're using this app since while a ago. you can use this app to give gifts to your customers under different or little complicated conditions. That is very useful. and moreover We recently had a little trouble on our site, and when we contacted their team, they immediately started working on a solution, and the problem was resolved in a short time. We are satisfied with the quick response to solve them. Thank you.

awesome customer service, reached out with an issue and they evaluated the code of my website to add a custom script that fixed the issue we were experiencing. 5 stars all day long for this type of customer service.
